St. John's Wrestling followed up on their State Duals Championship with a team title at the Texas Prep State Championships.  This is the first time the Mavericks have won both titles in the same season.  The Mavericks are ranked number 1 in the Wrestling Texas Prep Team Rankings.  Sebastian Jimenez '21, Harrison Fernelius '19, and Roman Lewis '19 were crowned individual state champions.  The Mavericks finished first with 189.5 points.  St. Thomas Catholic finished second with 169.5 points.
