St. John's Announces New Head Football Coach
St. John’s School is pleased to announce that Kevin Veltri will become the next Head Football Coach for the St. John’s Mavericks. Coach Veltri recently served as Offensive Coordinator for the Kinkaid School, the winner of three SPC championships in the past five seasons. Three of their quarterbacks went on to play at the FBS level. Prior to Kinkaid, Coach Veltri served as Offensive Coordinator for two years and Defensive Coordinator for three years at Ft. Bend Christian. He was also an Offensive Staff Assistant at his alma mater, the University of Kansas, assisting the Offensive Coordinator with coaching the QB's and WR's. Coach Veltri will officially start his coaching role for the Mavericks on May 1.
