Boys Cross Country Wins Season Opener on Friday Night
Boys' Cross Country won the Friday Night Lights Varsity B race in The Woodlands. Led by Emmanuel Sgouros and Davis Thames, the boys scored 63 points, ahead of Southlake Carroll and Lewisville Flower Mound.
The team times would have placed 6th in the A race against the likes of state powerhouses The Woodlands HS, Coppell, Cedar Park, and the A teams from Southlake Carroll and Flower Mound. Pierce Ederle and Josh Schwartz also medaled, and Kyle Puckett finished 21st to round out the top 5 scorers.
