Mavs Win Greenhill 6-Mile Relay for First Time

Three solid legs and a stupendous anchor by Emmanuel Sgouros '21 (6:59) gave the Mavericks Boys' cross country team their first-ever victory at the 6A division of the 36th running of the Greenhill 6-Mile Relay.  Sgouros crossed the finish line for a team time of 31.32, just 3 seconds ahead of second-place St. Mark's. His teammates Danny Wasserman '24, Wilson Bailey '23, and William Thames '23 recorded the three additional times for the win.  Jesuit College Prep finished third followed by Flower Mound.  Times are on the SJS athletic.net page.
