Winter SPC Final Results: Wrestling Wins 12th SPC Title
Girls Soccer led things off last weekend, going 2-1 for a gritty fifth-place SPC finish, which included an extra-time loss to the eventual champions. The rest of the Maverick winter season teams competed in the Metroplex Thursday-Saturday. Wrestling won its 12th SPC championship. Boys Swimming & Diving finished 4th. Girls Swimming & Diving finished 6th. Boys Basketball finished 6th, Girls Basketball finished 7th, and Boys Soccer finished 4th.

- Boys Basketball 63-48 loss vs St. Mark’s
- Girls Basketball 68-11 loss vs Houston Christian
- Boys Soccer 1-0 win vs Greenhill
Friday, February 13:
- Boys Basketball 72-58 win vs St. Stephen's; 69-64 loss vs Kinkaid; 6th Place finish
- Girls Basketball 49-44 loss vs Hockaday
- Boys Soccer 4-0 loss vs EHS
- Swimming 3:00 p.m. @ St. Mark’s; Diving 6:00 p.m. @ Jesuit Catholic Prep Natatorium (12345 Inwood)
Saturday, February 14:
- Girls Basketball 48-45 OT win vs Duchesne; 7th place finish
- Boys Soccer vs Kinkaid (for 3rd place) rescheduled for February 17 @ Kinkaid
- Swimming & Diving: Boys 4th place finish; Girls 6th place finish
- Wrestling: SPC Champions
