Get running guys! Summer is the most important part of the training for the fall - November is NOW! Get up, get the shoes on, and get out the door! Be consistent, be progressive, eat, drink, and sleep well, and remember fast turnover 150s or 200s each week and a good tempo run each week to run for 12-20 minutes at closer to 5K pace. One long run a week or every 10 days for younger guys - good posture and foot strike! Info under downloads.
