Mavericks Shutout DASH

The Mavericks kept the pressure on Duchesne's defense for much of the game, ending up with two goals in each half to win at home 4-0.  Carson Black racked up the first two goals, both on Night assists as the Mavericks headed into the half.  In the second half, the Mavericks gained their rhythm and came away with two more goals, this time from Musslewhite and Dawson off Epner and Night assists.  The defense (Mullins, Plummer, Bernica, Peacock, Simmons, Childress, Rybarczyk and Manela) turned in another shutout victory.  The Mavericks play their next round of games in Ft. Worth this weekend, with a counter against AllSaints Friday, followed by a pair on Saturday against TVS and ESD.
