St. John’s Athletics welcomes back Rachel Fabre to the helm of the Girl’s Varsity Soccer program, a position she held from 2006-2014. Prior to arriving at St. John’s, Coach Fabre played soccer for the University of Texas. She then became the founding head coach for Stephen F. Austin, leading the Lumberjacks to two conference championships. Fabre has also coached in regional club soccer programs. She is certified by the United States Soccer and holds a National B Coaching license. While at St. John’s, she has never missed a season of soccer either as the program head coach, assistant, or middle school coach. Since 2006, Coach Fabre has been the program head for girls' cross country. She will stay in this role through the 2023 season after which Haley Barrett, St. John’s long-time assistant cross country coach, will take over as the head coach of the girls' cross country program.
