Team Points: 11^th with 16 pts

well in the first post-Spring Break meet at Houston Christian. The girls' team finished third with over 100 points, behind two 5A public schools. Jessica Chen was the outstanding athlete, winning the Long Jump and finishing 2nd in the 300 Hurdles. She led off the 3rd place 4x100 and winning 4x400 teams. Meredith Gamble won the 800 meters and ran on the record setting Distance Medley Relay, Candace Bailey won the 400 meters and anchored both 4x100 and 4x400 relays. Camille Nimocks was the most improved performer with a great 4x400 leg!

Blaine Finley was second in the pole vault, the Distance Medley ran well to finish fourth (anchored by freshman Varun Sablok), and Patrick Lukens, Ben Tweardy and John Wallace all threw PRs in the Shot Put and Patrick and John had PRs in the Discus.
