The game tonight went back and forth throughout the entire first half, with the lead changing several times and ending at the break tied at 5 each.  After the half, however, the Mavs put the kaibash on the Falcons, shutting off their scoring opportunities with great defense in the midfield and defensive thirds.   The homes played a big part in creating numerous Falcon turnovers which helped the Mavs maintain possession of the ball.  For the final 20", the team played as a unit, outscoring the Falcons 4-1.  Scoring came from Urdahl (4), Dawson (3), Bailey and Moorhead.  Dickey and Derbyshire shared goalkeeping responsibilities, each with several denials.  Great team effort tonight..... Next week, everyone is off for a well deserved break and then back fro two games against the Woodlands and a rematch with ROBS !!!!!  Don't forget a old t-shirt for tomorrow.
