What a huge win for the Mavs! The girls fought the whole game to take down a good team in The Woodlands!

The Mavs came up with 15 crucial draw controls during the game with Casey, Ellie Strawn, and Ellie Trent as our draw control leaders with 3, 5, and 3, respectively. Kelsey, Carson, Kate, and Maren each came up with a draw control, as well!

SJS tallied 10 caused turnovers and 21 tough ground ball pickups! Wow! Our leader for turnovers + ground balls was Tenille, with 4 each, and Ellie Trent, Casey, Shannon, Maren, Kate, Hally, and Kelsey all contributed to turnovers and ground balls this game, as well!

Our assisting efforts continue to improve, as 11 of our 17 goals were assisted, which is phenomenal! Our points leaders for goals + assists for this game were Kate (4 goals, 2 assists), Maren (1G, 4A), and Sloan (4G, 1A), with Hally, Lindy, Audrey, Ellie Strawn, and Ellie Trent contributing, as well! Major shout out to Audrey on her first goal and welcome back to Hally, who had 2 assists this game!
