Taylor Synnott began the day early with a 5:02.76 Mile Record, and Thea Popovic ended the day placing 2nd overall in the Open Girls 400 meters with a 54.50 School Record (a 1.12 second PR!). Unfortunately, in the 4x100 Relay the lane next to us stepped into our lane, pushing us over and causing a fall at exchange 1! Journey Zulueta ran a sensational first leg, only to take a hard fall and was unable to run her two hurdle races for which she had qualified. Andrew Wasserman fought hard in the 800 meters and ran another PR of 1:54.83, just barely off the school record.
