Comedy of "Errors" leads to tie

The Mavericks started off the softball season with a tie against Ft. Bend Baptist Academy yesterday. The team had some great hits, especially junior Gabby Wise who went three for three and scored a run. In addition, Danielle Pike had a double and scored a run, Regan Rau scored along with Boo Mayer. Senior Melissa Baker pitched a great game and struck out 5 opponents. The team returns to action this afternoon against Lutheran South.
