SJS Mavericks have Hockaday pushing up Daisey's

In a game that meant alot to both teams, the Mavericks defeated the Daisey's 15-0 in 3 1/2 innings of play.  The Mavericks scored seven runs in the first inning with no outs. Six more in the second, and two in the bottom of the fourth inning.  The offense was lead by Nora Niebruegge and Virginia Waldrop with 3 hits each.  Regan Rau and Cat Cain had two hits each.  Susan Watkins, Boo Mayer, Becca Linn, Gabby Wise, Dani Pike and Lizzie Padhi had one hit each.  Winning pitcher Melissa Baker, Susan Watkins and Becca Linn played their last home game of the year in this contest.
