St. John's jumped out to to a quick lead over Denver East in the final game at Disney Wild World of Sports. William Jewett William Payne, and Caldwell Flores put the Mavs up 3-0 in the first quarter. East score two in the second period and Zach Gaitz got the fourth goal of the half for the Mavericks. Reed Daniel just missed the net before the clock ran out and St. John's held their two goal lead late in the third period until East scored their final goal.
St. John's went scoreless for the rest of the third, but with 5:36 to go, Jett Williams put the Mavericks up by two and the lead held over Denver East with the sun setting over Orlando.
