ONE MUSTANG DOWN, ONE TO GO

The Mavericks face two Mustang teams this week.  The first was the Kingwood Mustangs, up in the "Livable Forest" on Monday.  The Mavs were able to notch their tenth win of the season with a 19-9 victory.  A nice, balanced scoring effort was led by SCordill with 2G, 3A; Grace 4G; 'Rillo 3G, 1 A; The Birthday ABeast 3G, 1A;  Lacey 1G, 3A; Cary & SUrdahl 2G; Mer and Robby 1G; and Julia J with one nifty assist!  Nine different scorers, nine assisted goals.  Nice job, Mavs!

The second Mustang we face will be Memorial, on Caven Field at 6 PM Thursday.  The TEAM will look to put it all together when we face this worthy rival.  Come cheer them on!
