Ending on a Win!

Our last game against First Baptist Academy was a great end to our season. The Lady Mavericks played the best they have played all season and it paid off with a win! Alyssa Barrett and Sallie Chambers both had great serving streaks to help us get an early lead on the Warriors. After having a couple defensive let downs toward then end of game one the Mavs lost 23-25. The girls knew that they could play better and in game two they came out on fire and started off strong. They continued to fight and win game two 25-16. Game three was a close one going point for point until the Lady Mavs started pulling away and ended strong with a 15-12 win! The team worked really hard for this win, and showed how much they have grown from game one to the last game.
