Mavericks Win Girls Division at Episcopal Relays; Boys Post Strong Performances

The girls won the Episcopal Relays with 185 points, led by great distance performances, solid relays, and some standout jumps, thorws, and sprints-hurdles.  The boys posted some good performances in both relays and Sam Jamison won the 300 hurdles.

Jackie Modesett won both 100 and 300 hurdles, and she ran down EHS in the 4x100 relay to take the title for the Maverick team of Stephanie Guo, Grace VanLoh, Sam Night, and Modesett.  Sam Night was 2nd in the 200 meters, Elise Viguet was 2nd in the 400 meteres, Kristen Santiago was 3rd and Carly Gamson finished 4th in the 800 meters, Stephanie Guo was 2nd in both hurdles, and the 4x400 team of Elise Viguet, Kristen Santiago, carly Gamson, and Sam Night finished 2nd! 

In addition to Jamison's victory in the 300 hurdles, he finished 6th in the 110 Hurdles, Jake Peacock placed 6th in th 800 meters, and the 4x100 relay team of Risher Randall, Sam Jamison, Lee Hampton, and Jonathan Bradford placed 4th overall.
