Back to Back State Champs!

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls and Boys Tennis teams for winning the combined coed 2025 TTCA Private School State Team Championship for the second consecutive year. The Mavericks defeated Live Oak Classical School in the round of 16 (8-0);  Central Catholic/Incarnate Word in the quarterfinals (7-0), Dallas Jesuit/Ursuline in the semifinals (7-4); and Kinkaid in the finals (7-4). The dual format combines match scores for girls and boys 1-4 singles, 1 & 2 doubles, and mixed doubles. The first team to reach 7 wins in a dual wins the match. This is the fourth year of the TTCA Private School State Tournament. St. John's finished runners-up in 2022, fourth place in 2023, and first place in 2024.
