Coffman leads the team effort

St. John's battled through the sun filled first inning and kept their composure in a 5-4 come from behind victory over Kinkaid's 7th grade team. Will Coffman was masterful on the mound throwing a complete game.  His battery mate Wyatt Childers called a great game and was a threat at the plate. The defense was stellar with great plays led by Maxime Gonzales roaming centerfield and the infield quartet of Campbell, Oakley, Sasser and Sherrill, who all made defenisve plays to help the team win. It was a solid effort in all facets of the game which led to a come from behind victory over Kinkaid.
