Coach Shelbi Irvin Named to Full-Time Position

Shelbi Irvin has been named full-time faculty at St. John’s School starting in the fall of 2023. Coach Irvin is no stranger to St. John’s. She has been the head girls' volleyball coach since 2018 in addition to coaching middle school PE. Coach Irvin was a High School All-American in volleyball. At the collegiate level, she led Texas State to three conference championships and two NCAA tournament appearances. Under Coach Irvin’s leadership, the Mavericks won the 2018 SPC Championship and have finished third in the last three SPC tournaments. St. John’s is excited to have Coach Irvin on campus in a full-time capacity.
